Website Policies

Don't have a website? That's okay! Our team can build your church a custom website. For information on service plans, or for a quote on a single project, book a call with our team!

Website Management Includes:
  • Routine content updates
  • Ministry page additions
  • Homepage adjustments
  • Existing page revisions
  • Website Events are managed by Church Staff or Volunteers by utilizing tools such as Church Center, or other event management services.
     
Website Management Disclaimer:
  • Website hosting fees are the responsibility of Ministry Partner.
  • Plans include management of websites with up to 8 core pages.
  • New website builds, major redesigns, custom functionality, and websites exceeding 8 pages may require a separate project quote.
  • Third-party software, plugin, or platform costs are not included.
     
Email Campaigns:
  • Monthly Church-wide email campaigns or newsletters (included in the Impact Plan) require an email marketing platform, with a cost covered by Ministry Partner.
 

​Creative Request & Turnaround Policy

Creative Requests
  • Included monthly graphics may be requested as needed throughout the month.
  • Standard graphic design requests require 2–3 business days for completion.
  • Standard video editing requests require 3–5 business days for completion.
  • Rush requests may be accommodated based on availability.
  • Churches are encouraged to submit upcoming events and ministry needs as early as possible to ensure timely delivery.​

Photography & Videography Clarification

Content Capture
  • Photography and videography sessions are scheduled in advance with ministry team.
  • Sessions must occur during normal service, ministry, or event activities.
  • Rescheduling requests require reasonable notice.
  • Travel outside the service area may incur additional fees.

Revisions Policy

Revisions

  • Sermon Series & Ministry content deliverables include up to two rounds of revisions.

  • Social Media content deliverables include up to one round of revisions.

  • Additional revisions or significant scope changes may incur additional charges.
